Breakfast Sausage

2 pounds ground pork

1 T. brown sugar

2 tsp. dried sage

2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1/4 tsp. dried marjoram

1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

1 pinch ground cloves

Combine ingredients by hand in a bowl. Form mixture into 1/4-inch patties. Brown patties in a large skillet over medium high heat for 5 minutes on each side.

Breakfast Sausage 2

1 pound ground pork

1 tsp. browning and seasoning sauce

2 tsp. ground sage

1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

3/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoon black pepper

Mix by hand in medium size bowl. Form into 16 patties. Brown over medium high heat for 5 minutes

Breakfast Sandwich: Quick freeze individual patties between waxed paper. To make breakfast sandwich, toast bagel or english muffin. Reheat individual patties in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Top with frambled egg and slice of cheese. Microwave sandwich 30 seconds until heated through.
