Chicken Breast Supreme
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
3 T cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup cooking wine
10 oz pkg. frozen French cut green beans, thawed
4 oz. deli sliced ham, cut in strips
3 whole chicken breasts
3/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 T butter
2 T chopped onion
1 T chicken bouillon, instant
1 cup water
Combine bread crumbs and cheese. Dip chicken in crumb mixture to coat lightly.
Arrange in 12x8 baking dish. Reserve remaining crumbs for topping.
Combine mushrooms, onion and butter. Cook until tender in microwave or on top of stove.
Stir in bouillon, salt, cornstarch, wine and water. Cook until thickened. Stir in beans and ham.
Pour over chicken breasts. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. bake 350 30-40 minutes or microwave 15-20, until chicken is tender. Serves 4-6.
