Chicken with Honey Mustard Marinade

1/2 cup warm honey

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed

1/2 cup Dijon-style mustard

2 tsp. curry powder

1 large fryer, disjointed

Mix together ingredients and pour over chicken. Reserve 1/4 cup for additional basting. Refrigerate overnight or eight hours. Turn chicken in marinade occasionally. Skin may be removed from chicken prior to grilling.

Bake 60-70 minutes in 350° oven or grill. Baste frequently with reserved marinade.
