Chicken with Noodles
6 oz. egg noodles (about 3 cups)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup shredded processed cheese
2 cups cooked chicken or turkey
3/4 cup diced celery
2 T. diced green pepper
Slivered almonds optional
Cook noodles according to directions in boiling water.
Combine remaining ingredients with noodles, except almonds. Bake casserole at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir, sprinkle with almonds, and bake additional 15 minutes.
