Egg Bake

1/2 lb. frozen hash brown

1 lb. breakfast sausage, browned and drained

6 eggs

3/4 milk

1/2 tsp. salt, dash of pepper

3/4 tsp. dry mustard

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Cover greased baking dish with potatoes. Layer sausage on top of the hash browns. Sprinkle with cheese over sausage. Pour egg mixture over all. Cover and refrigerator overnight. Bake 350° for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
