Ginger Shrimp & Broccoli

2 pounds raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 cups broccoli florets

1 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 T. grated fresh ginger

2 T dark sesame oil

Soy sauce

1 large size Reynolds foil bag,or doubled heavy duty foil

Arrange ingredients in foil in an even layer. Drizzle oil over ingredients in foil. Double fold open end of bag and place in a 1-inch deep supporting pan. Grill on medium high 15-20 minutes in a covered grill or bake 25-30 minutes at 450°. Carefully fold back foil to allow steam to escape. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Makes 5-6 servings
