Hash Brown Casserole

2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes

1 pt. sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 tsp. salt

2 T. minced onion

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Mix together and pour into greased 9x13-inch pan. Cover with finely crushed cracker crumbs. Melt 1/3 cup margarine and pour over crumbs. Bake 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Hamburger or cubed ham may be added to make it a main meal.
