Idaho Tacos

1 pound ground beef

1 envelope taco seasoning

4 large, hot baked potatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Chopped green onions

Salsa, optional

Brown beef in skillet , drain. Add taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions. With a sharp knife, cut an X in the top of each potato. Fluff pulp with fork. Top with taco meat, cheese and onions.
