Lemon Marinated Chicken

Marinade

1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves

1/8 tsp. pepper

2 T. lemon juice

1 T. white cooking wine or water

1 T. oil

2 tsp. honey

1 tsp. soy sauce

1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp. lemon peel

Chicken

2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved

In shallow dish combine all marinade ingredients. Mix well. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Broil chicken 8 to 10 minutes per side, basting with marinade. Chicken may also be prepared on a charcoal or gas grill.
