Oven Chicken Fingers

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

2 T. grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 cup vegetable oil

6 boneless chicken breast halves

In plastic bag mix bread crumbs and cheese. Set aside. In small bowl combine garlic and oil. Flatten chicken into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Cut into 1 inch wide strips. Dip strips in oil. Coat with bread mixture. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile prepare dipping sauce.
