Oven Fried Chicken

1 1/2 cups instant nonfat dry milk powder

1 T paprika

2 tsp. poultry seasoning

4 boneless chicken breasts, about 1 lb.

Combine dry ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken one piece at a time and shake. Place in 8-inch baking pan that has been coated with a nonstick cooking spray. Bake 350° for 30 minutes or until juices run clear. Pork chops can be substituted. Bake chops for one hour.This recipe meets requirements for a low-fat or diabetic diet.
