Philly Cheese Steaks
1 tsp. olive oil
1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 medium red pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
4 hero-styled rolls, each cut horizontally in half
8 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
4 ounces thinly sliced Provolone` cheese
Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, peppers, and cook about 12 minutes or until tender.
Preheat broiler. Place rolls, cut sides up, on broiling pan. Top each bottom with one-fourth roast beef and one-fourth cheese. Broil 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
Pile onion/pepper mixture on top of melted cheese. Replace top halves and serve.
