Quick and Easy Casserole
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 tsp. salt
Small onion chopped
Brown above ingredients and drain and add to
2 lbs frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 can chicken broth
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Crushed cornflakes for top (optional)
Stir together and put in 9x13 pan. For easier clean-up, spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. It reheats well.
