Quick Ginger Pork
1 T. oil
1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut in strips
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8-1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Hot rice
Stir fry pork and garlic in oil. Combine soy sauce, sugar and ginger. Add and reduce heat. Cook 3-4 minutes longer. Combine water and cornstarch. Bring to boil. Serve over hot rice. Makes two servings.
