Inside Out Ravioli
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
14 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz can tomato sauce
6 oz. can tomato paste
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
16 oz. pkg. corkscrew noodles, cooked and drained
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large skilled, cook beef with onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Stir in tomato products and mushrooms; simmer 10 minutes.
Combine spinach, noodles, eggs, bread crumbs and cheddar cheese.
Place 1/2 in greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with 1/2 meat sauce. and repeat layers. Cover and bake 350°, 40-45 minutes until hot and bubbly. sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; let stand 10 minutes in warm oven. Makes 8-10 servings.
