Basic Turkey Burger
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 cup finely chopped onions
1 egg beaten
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Combine ingredients and shape into meat patties approximately 1/2-inch thick. Grill 5-6 minutes per side until no longer pink in center.
Viking Turkey Burgers
1 lbs. ground turkey
1 1/2 T horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
Combine ingredients and shape into patties. Grill burgers 5-6 minutes per side.
Hint: Spray grill rack with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
