Wild Rice Casserole
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup, plus 1 can water
2 cups each white and wild rice, cooked
Brown hamburger with celery and onions. Add other ingredients. Pour into casserole. Bake 350° 35-45 minutes.
