Wild Rice Supreme

1 cups wild rice, washed, drained

1/2 cups brown rice

1/4 cup white rice

Butter for saute

3/4 cups celery

2 carrots, finely chopped or coarsely grated

1/2 cup diced sweet onion, more or less

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1-2 can chicken broth or equivalent

1 can mushroom slices

2 cups cooked chicken, turkey, or hamburger

Salt and pepper to taste.

Cook wild rice in 5 to 6 cups boiling water, about 40 minutes. Twenty minutes before done, add brown rice, 10 minutes before add white rice. Drain if needed.

Saute onion, celery and carrots until translucent.

Combine in large casseroles or 9x13 pan, with rice, soup, broth and mushrooms.

Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
