Beef Marinades

Have it your way. These marinades were created for one pound of beef steak with a variety of taste buds in mind.

Marinate steak in shallow glass dish 12-24 hours in refrigerator. Grill over medium heat turning once and brushing occasionally with marinade. Makes great leftover steak sandwiches.


Wine Vinegar Marinade

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

3 T. vegetable oil

2 T. chopped basil

1 T. Dijon mustard

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1/4 tsp. pepper

In a glass container combine these ingredients.


Balsamic Rosemary Marinade

1/4 cup orange juice

3 T vegetable oil

2 T. chopped fresh rosemary, 1 T. dried

2 T. balsamic vinegar

1 T. Dijon mustard

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 tsp. pepper

In a glass container combine these ingredients.
