Raisin Sauce for Ham

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp. dry mustard

2 T. corn starch

Mix brown sugar, mustard, and corn starch.

Add 1 T. vinegar

2 T. lemon juice

1 1/2 cup water

1/2 cup raisins

Stir over low heat until thick. Makes 2 cups.
