Instant Stuffing Mix
3 1/2 cups unseasoned toasted bread cubes
3 T. dried celery flakes
1 T dried parsley flakes
2 tsp. dried onion
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. sage
Combine dried seasoning and store in air tight container. Store bread cubes and seasoning separately. Mix can be used for gift baskets.
1 cup water
2 T. butter
Bring water to boil and add seasoning packet. Simmer 10 minutes. Toss with bread cubes. Let stand 5 minutes.
