Chilled Vegetable Salad

3/4 cup cauliflowerets

1/4 cup sliced cucumbers, halved

1/4 cup chopped tomato

1/4 cup cubed American cheese

2 T. diced celery

2 T. sliced radishes

1 T. sliced green onions

Dressing:

2 T. mayonnaise

1 to 2 T. sugar

1/2 - 1 T. horseradish

1/4 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

In a medium bowl, toss the first seven ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well. Pour over salad and chill for at least 1 hour. Serves 2.
