Chicken Tortellini Salad
20 oz. package fresh, frozen cheese tortellini
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 oz. package dry ranch dressing
10 oz. cooked chicken (about 2 chicken breasts, sliced and sauteed)
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
Small onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil
Cook the tortellini according to package directions; drain, rinse in cold water, drain again.
In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing mix.
Combine all ingredients and chill about two hours.
