Fluffy Raspberry Salad

3 packages raspberry gelatin, 3oz each

2 packages orange gelatin, 3 oz. each

5 cups boiling water

4 packages frozen sweetened raspberries, 10 oz. each

20 oz. jar chunky applesauce

3 cups miniature marshmallows

2 cups whipping cream, whipped

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add raspberries, stirring until thawed. Stir in applesauce. Refrigerate until partially set. Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour into two 9-13-inch pans or one very large bowl. Refrigerate until firm. 32-40 servings
