Gingered Fruit

3 large Red Delicious apples

3 large pears

17 ounce can apricot halves in heavy syrup

1 pound red and green grapes

2 T fresh ginger, grated

2 T lemon juice

Cut apples and pears into bite-size chunks.

Drain syrup from apricots. Mix syrup with lemon juice and ginger. Combine with apples and pears. Gently add remaining fruit. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
