Hawaiian Chicken Salad
2 cups cooked, cold, chicken or turkey coarsely diced
1 T. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 cup diced celery
1 box macaroni rings, cooked and cooled
1 cup seedless grapes, cut in half
1 cup mandarin oranges, cut in half
1 cup pineapple tidbits
1 cup salad dressing
1 cup whipped cream
Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Mix together with whipped cream prior to serving. Add slivered almonds as garnish.
