Lemon Salad

2 pkg. lemon gelatin

3 bananas

1 can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)

2 T. butter

1/2 cup sugar

3 cups hot water

1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

1 T. flour

1 egg

1 cup whipping cream

Dissolve gelation in boiling water. Cool until jelly-like consistency and add bananas (sliced thin), marshmallows and pineapple. Refrigerate.

Add water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup. Mix together with flour, butter, egg, and sugar. Cook until thick. Cool.

Whip cream and combine with cooled custard. Spread on top of fruited gelatin.
