Strawberry Pretzel Salad
2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
3 T. sugar
1/2 cup margarine, melted
Combine and bake in cake pan10 minutes at 400°. Cool.
6 oz. package strawberry Jell-o
1 1/2 cup boiling water.
Combine and stir until Jell-o dissolves.
Add 2 boxes or large bag frozen strawberries. Refrigerate in large bowl until slightly set.
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
6-8 oz. container whipped topping
Combine and spread over strawberry mixture.
Top with cooled pretzels. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
