Wild Rice Side Dish

1 1/2 cups uncooked regular rice

1/2 cup uncooked wild rice

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

1 T. snipped parsley

4 cups warm water

8 ounces, mushrooms, sliced

1/3 cup margarine or butter

Combine all ingredients in 2 qt. casserole. Bake, covered, 350° for 2 hours. 10 to 12 servings

Variation: Pour into lightly greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
