Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup

1 pound round steak, cubed

1 can diced tomatoes, undrained

3 1/2 cups water

2 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed

1 medium onion, diced

2-3 ribs celery, diced

2 medium carrots, peeled and diced

3 beef bouillon cubes

1/2 tsp. basil

1/2 tsp. oregano

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

Combine all ingredients except frozen vegetables in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours. Add frozen vegetables and cook additional 1-2 hours.
