Rosemary Potatoes

4 cups hot, cooked, mashed potatoes

3 cups cottage cheese

3/4 plain yogurt

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 T. rosemary or equivalent dry

1 tsp. pepper

Dash of salt optional

1 cup slivered almonds

Mix all ingredients, except almonds. Pour into a 2-quart oiled dish. Brush with oil. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped or slivered almonds and brown lightly under broiler.
