Sweet Potato Delight

3 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs lightly beaten

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 cup, softened butter

1 cup packed light brown sugar

1 cup finely chopped pecans

1/3 cup flour

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, orange juice and 1/4 cup butter. Put in a lightly buttered casserole.

In small bowl combine remaining 1/4 cup butter, brown sugar, pecans and flour. Blend until crumbly. spring over potatoes. Bake 35 minutes until heated through. 8 servings.
