Easy Wild Rice

1 1/2 cups uncooked regular rice

1/2 cup uncooked wild rice

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

1 T. snipped parsley

4 cups water

8 ounces fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced

1/3 cup butter or margarine

Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole. Bake 350° for 2 hours or pour into lightly greased slow cooker. Cook on high 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
