MUSIC IN THE PARK
Dozens of artists are featured in Lester Prairie on a regular basis

Once in a while, on a beautiful summer night, Lester Prairie residents are treated to an evening of music and dancing during the annual Music in the Park event.

The event, which takes place on different days in July and August, amounts to a local talent night at the city park, and is sponsored by the Prairie Arts Council.

Recent performers included Blake Klaustermeier, Martinique Lindquist, Jane and Jay Holasek, Josie and Bethanie Ball and Amanda Williams, Anthony Mielke, Alicia Kuhlmann and Ashle Lukes, and the Lester Prairie Beauty Shop Quartet.

The Lester Prairie ambassadors are on hand to serve up delicious treats.
