Carver County

This year, the fall ballot will be filled with local candidates for city races in Carver, for the most part. Seven people have filed for three positions there, as well as four in New Germany for four seats open there. The commissioner seat served by Tim Lynch is also up, as well as the Congressional seat served by John Kline. For state representatives, the seat served by Paul Kohls (District 34A) is up.

McLeod County

McLeod County

Voters in McLeod will find a variety of seats to fill, including the commissioner seat served by Ray Bayerl, state representative seats served by Dean Urdahl and Ron Shimanski, as well as the Congressional seat served by Collin Peterson and various city and school board seats.

Meeker County

Meeker County

Positions are open in Meeker that include state representative seats served by Dean Urdahl and Ron Shimanski (Shimanski represents Collinwood Township in Meeker), as well as the Congressional seat served by Collin Peterson, along with various school board and city council seats.

Wright County

Wright County

The fall ballot for Wright features several seats up for grabs, including the county commissioner seat served by Jack Russek, the Congressional seat served by Michele Bachmann, and a number of state representative seats (served by Bruce Anderson in District 19A and Tom Emmer in District 19B) that are up, as well as city council and school board races.
