SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING TRUTH IN TAXATION MINUTES Monday, December 1, 2003 HLWW H.S. Media Center The December 1, 2003 Special Truth in Taxation school board meeting of the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted School District #2687 was called to order at 8:00 p.m. After the Pledge of Allegiance, roll was taken with the following members present: James Fowler, James Raymond, Ken Zimmerman, Charlie Borrell, John Lideen and Al Doering. Member Charles Weber was absent. Also present were Superintendent George Ladd, Principal Dean Wessman, and Finance Manager Judi Salonek. Chair Raymond opened the floor to approve the agenda of the Special Truth in Taxation meeting. On a motion by Lideen, second by Borrell, the agenda was approved. Motion carried unanimously. There were no requests from the public. Superintendent Ladd reviewed a power point presentation of the proposed 2003 payable 2004 property tax levy. There being no other business, the meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m. on a motion by Zimmerman, second by Doering, carried unanimously. Respectfully Submitted, Allen Doering, Clerk |
