HLWW School District 2687 Board Minutes

HLWW High School Media Center

The Special School Board Meeting of the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted ISD #2687 was called to order at 5:08 pm., on November 10, 2005. Roll was taken with the following members present: Weber, Schaible, Hammer, Custer, and Borrell; absent: Lideen and Doering. Also present was Superintendent George Ladd, and Board Secretary Marilyn Greeley.

Hammer motioned to approve the agenda of the November 10, 2005 Special School Board Meeting; Weber seconded; passed unanimously.

(Item 1) Weber motioned to approve the resolution canvassing the returns of the School Board General and Special Election; Custer seconded; those in favor: Hammer, Schaible, Weber, Custer, and Borrell; opposed: none; absent: Lideen and Doering; passes unanimously.

(Item 2) Hammer motioned to approve the resolution authorizing issuance of certificates of election of the School Board General and Special Election; Weber seconded; those in favor: Custer, Hammer, Schaible, Weber and Borrell; opposed: none; absent: Lideen and Doering; passes unanimously.

Borrell reported he would not be attending the next Regular School Board Meeting on November 21, 2005, 7 pm in the HLWW Media Center.

Hammer motioned to adjourn at 5:13 pm; Custer seconded; passed unanimously.
