SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING

November 8, 2007

HLWW High School Media Center

The November 8, 2007 Special School Board Meeting of the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted ISD #2687 was called to order at 5:30 pm by Chairman Schaible. After the Pledge of Allegiance, roll was taken with members present: Hammer, Weibel, Weber, Custer, and Schaible; absent: Doering, Wiech. Also present were Superintendent George Ladd and Board Secretary Marilyn Greeley.

(Item IV) Hammer motioned to approve the agenda; Custer seconded; passed unanimously.

(Item V) Weibel motioned to approve the resolution canvassing returns of votes of school district special election November 6, 2007; Weber seconded; those in favor: Custer, Hammer, Weibel, Weber, and Schaible, opposed: none; absent: Doering and Wiech; passed unanimously.

Hammer motioned to adjourn at 5:33 pm; Custer seconded; passed unanimously.
