| SCHOOL BOARD WORK SESSION MEETING Monday, November 26, 2012 HLWW High School Media Center The November 26, 2012 School Board Work Session meeting of the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted ISD #2687 was called to order at 6:01pm. by Chairman Schaible. After the pledge of allegiance, roll was taken with the following members present: Schaible, Tintes, Wiech, Heuer, Weber, Weibel, and Kocher. Also present was Superintendent Brad Sellner. (Item IV) Wiech motioned to approve the agenda; Wiech seconded; passed unanimously. (Item V) There were no questions or comments from visitors. (Item VI) Weber motioned to approve the consent agenda which included the employment recommendation of Kristin Vogelpohl as a school age care supervisor at Winsted Elementary starting November 20, 2012; Tintes seconded; passed unanimously. (Item VII, Subd. A) The Facility Committee gave an update on the survey. (Item VIII) Next Meeting Dates: Regular Board Meeting – Monday December 10, 2012 6pm HLWW HS Media Center Work Session Meeting – Monday December 17, 2012 6pm HLWW HS Media Center (Item IX) Items for regular board meeting • Truth In Taxation Hearing • Leave/Resignations/retirements • Employment Recommendation • Recognitions • Approve 2011-12 Audit • Final levy limitation and certification of 2012 payable 2013 • Approve Employment Contracts • Other Weber motioned to adjourn at 7:45pm; Wiech seconded; passed unanimously.
