Legal Notice City of Howard Lake County of Wright State of Minnesota Ordinance 12.08 AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF TRAILERS ON CITY STREETS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOWARD LAXE ORDAINS: 1. Time. No person shall park any trailer upon any public street within the City of Howard Lake, Minnesota, for a longer consecutive period than twenty-four hours. 2. Definitions. For the purposes of this Ordinance the term or word trailer shall include but not be limited to flat-bed trailers, boat trailers, closed-up and covered trailers, and general utility trailers. 3. Towing. The Howard Lake Police Department is authorized to tow and store any trailer parked in violation of this Ordinance. The owner may reclaim the trailer after showing proof of ownership and paying all towing and storage charges. 4. Penalty. Any owner or operator who shall be convicted of violating any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished pursuant to the applicable State statute regarding misdemeanor penalties as may be amended from time to time.
