AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REZONING OF A PARCEL FROM UR (URBAN RESERVE) TO R-2 (CONTEMPORARY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)

THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOWARD LAKE ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Appendix A of the Howard Lake City Code Chapter 17 entitled “Specific Rezoning” is hereby amended to include reference to the following Ordinance No. 17-104

Subdivision 1. Purpose. The Howard Lake City Council has determined the present zoning classification of certain parcels should be reclassified to be consistent with the Howard lake Zoning Code and the Howard Lake Comprehensive Plan.

Subdivision 2. The City’s official Zoning Map and the Zoning Classification is hereby amended from UR (Urban Reserve) to R-2 (Contemporary Single Family Residential) for the following described parcel:

That part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E of SW ) of Section 15, Township 1188, Range 27, Wright County, Minnesota, lying northeasterly of the south 207.95 feet of the west 351.14 feet, as measured at right angles to the south and west lines thereof, except the north 467.96 feet of the south 1140.26 feet of the west 419.00 feet of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter, as measured at right angles to the south and west lines thereof. Subject to public road easements and other easements, restrictions and reservations of record, if any.

Section 2. This ordinance is effective after its publication
