AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REZONING OF A PARCEL FROM
B-2 (DOWNTOWN AREA BUSINESS
DISTRICT) TO R-4 (DOWNTOWN AREA RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOWARD LAKE ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Appendix A of the Howard Lake City Code Chapter 17 entitled “Specific Rezoning” is hereby amended to include reference to the following Ordinance No. 17-104
Subdivision 1. Purpose. The Howard Lake City Council has determined the present zoning classification of a parcel shall be reclassified.
Subdivision 2. The City’s official Zoning Map and the Zoning Classification is hereby amended from B-2 (Downtown Area Business District) to R-4 (Downtown Area Residential District) for the following described parcel:
