Ordinance No. 17-108 CITY OF HOWARD LAKE COUNTY OF WRIGHT STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY FROM UR (URBAN RESERVE) TO B-1 (GENERAL BUSINESS) THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOWARD LAKE ORDAINS: Section 1. Appendix A of the Howard Lake City Code Chapter 17 entitled “Specific Rezoning” is hereby amended to include reference to the following Ordinance No. 17-108 Subdivision 1. Purpose. The Howard Lake City Council has determined the present zoning classification of the following legally described property shall be reclassified: Subdivision 2. The City’s official Zoning Map and the Zoning Classification is hereby amended from UR (Urban Reserve) to B-1 (General Business) for the following described parcel: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of Block 10, City of Howard Lake, Wright County, Minnesota, according to the record plat thereof and the South Half of vacated 3rd Street lying East of 10th Avenue. Except: That part shown as Parcel 52C of Minnesota Department of Transportation Right of Way Plat No. 86-59. Section 2. This ordinance is effective after its publication.
