CITY OF HOWARD LAKE ORDINANCE NO. 17.05 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 05-02 ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 3 1996 ENTITLED "SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE". THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOWARD LAKE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: Section 05-02.01 .C. Shall be amended by the addition of the following sentence: Except for those lots zoned I-1, Warehousing Industrial District and I-2, General Industrial District in which there shall be no time constraints.
