AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE AMENDED ORDINANCE CHAPTER 6.01, ENTITLED PUBLIC NUISANCE, BY AMENDING SAID ORDINANCE IN ITS ENTIRETY ORDINANCE 6.01 SUMMARY 601.01 Public Nuisance Defined 601.02 Public Nuisance Affecting Health 601.03 Public Nuisances Affecting Morals and Decency 601.04 Public Nuisances Affecting peace and Safety 601.05 Enforcement Subdivision 1a. Officers Subdivision 1b. Officers for Special Health Concerns Subdivision 2. Construction. 601.06 Abatement Subdivision 1a. Inspections and Fines Subdivision 1b. Odor Nuisance Subdivision 2. Notice Subdivision 3. Emergency Abatement 601.07 Recovery of Cost Subdivision 1. Personal Liability Subdivision 2. Assessment 601.08 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication. Adopted by the Howard Lake City Council this 16th day of March 1999.
