CITY OF HOWARD LAKE COUNTY OF WRIGHT

STATE OF MINNESOTAAN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REZONING OF A PARCEL FROM R-2 (CONTEMPORARY SINGLE

FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO UR (URBAN RESERVE) AND FROM R-6 (MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) TO UR (URBAN RESERVE)

Appendix A of the Howard Lake City Code Chapter 17 entitled “Specific Rezoning is hereby amended to include reference to the following Ordinance No. 17-106

Section 1. The official zoning map of the Howard Lake Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of property legally described below from R-2, Contemporary Single Family Residential to UR, Urban Reserve:

That part of the South half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 118, Range 27, EXCEPT the west 320 feet of the South 812 feet thereof and ALSO EXCEPT the South 320 feet of the East 545 feet of the West 865 feet thereof, Wright County, Minnesota, which lies northerly easterly and northerly of the following described line:

Commencing at the southeast corner of said south half of Southwest Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 0 degrees 26 minutes 56 seconds West, along the east line of said south half of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 696.72 feet, to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 89 degrees 33 minutes 04 seconds West, a distance of 197.91 feet; thence southwesterly, a distance of 452.69 feet, along a tangential curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 900.00 feet and a central angle of 28 degrees 49 minutes 09 seconds, to a point of reverse curvature; thence southwesterly and westerly, a distance of 556.24 feet, along said reverse curve, concave to the north, having a radius of 800.00 feet and a central angle of 39 degrees 50 minutes 17 seconds; thence North 79 degrees 25 minutes 48 seconds West, tangent to the last described curve, a distance of 56.45 feet; thence southerly, a distance of 30.04 feet, along a non-tangential curve concave to the west, having a radius of 300.00 feet and a central angle of 5 degrees 44 minutes 17 seconds, the chord of said curve bears South 7 degrees 54 minutes 24 seconds West; thence South 10 degrees 46 minutes 33 seconds West, tangent to the last described curve, a distance of 160.24 feet; thence North 76 degrees 19 minutes 46 seconds West, a distance of 217.42 feet; thence South 80 degrees 55 minutes 08 seconds West, a distance of 266.79 feet, to the northeast corner of the south 320 feet of the east 454 feet of the west 865 feet of said south half of the Southwest Quarter; thence North 89 degrees 51 minutes 41 seconds west

Along the north line of said south 320 feet a distance of 545.05 feet, to the east line of said west 320 feet and said line there terminating.

Section 2. The official zoning map of the Howard Lake Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of property legally described below from R-6, Medium Density Residential to UR, Urban Reserve:

That part of the South half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 118, Range 27, EXCEPT the west 320 feet of the South 812 feet thereof and ALSO EXCEPT the South 320 feet of the East 545 feet of the West 865 feet thereof, Wright County, Minnesota, which lies southerly, easterly and southerly of the following described line:

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its date of publication.
