April 27, 2005 Pursuant to posted public notice, the Lester Prairie City Council met in special session on Wednesday, April 27, 2005. Mayor Angvall called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of said special session was to attend a National Incident Management System (NIMS) training session with the Fire Department and City employees.
