Lester Prairie City Council

Pursuant to posted public notice, the Lester Prairie City Council met in special session on Tuesday, April 19th, 2011.
The purpose of said special session was for the City Council to meet at Board of Appeal for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said City for the year 2011.
Assessor Schulz reviewed the market valuations and stated the Total Estimated Market Value for Lester Prairie dropped to $87,460,700.00 or approximately 5%. The valuations in Lester Prairie have dropped since 2008 and this is based on sales. Sales listed for 2010 include foreclosures but they are not part of the sales ratio figures
No one was in attendance nor were any requests received asking for a review in their valuation.
Mayor Heimerl adjourned the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
