ORDINANCE NO. 229 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CONNECTION CHARGE FOR WATER AND SEWER IN THE City LESTER PRAIRIE AND AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE ACCORDINGLY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LESTER PRAIRIE ORDAINS: Section 1. Section 2.4 of the Municipal Code WATERWORKS, Subdivision 2.4.10 shall be amended so the words and figure "One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)" in the second paragraph shall be deleted and there inserted in its place shall be the following words and figure of "Two Thousand Dollars ("$2,000.00"). Section 2. Section 2.6 of the Municipal Code SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM, Subdivision 2.6.4.8 shall be amended so the words and figure "One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)" shall be deleted and there inserted in its place shall be the following words and figure of "Two Thousand Dollars ("$2,000.00"). Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force following its passage and publication. Adopted this 12th day of May, 2003.
