ORDINANCE NO. 233 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5, SECTION 5.4.2, SPECIFICALLY ADDING PROVISIONS FOR PERMIT RENEWAL FEES AND AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE ACCORDINGLY Section 1. The following shall be added to schedule of permit fees appended to Chapter 5, Section 5.4.2, relating to Permits and Fees; “In order to renew a building permit, applicant must pay a fee equal to one half the amount required for a new permit for such work, provided no changes have been made or will be made in the original plans and specifications for such work.” Section 2.
